 When I saw that Mary was offering health coaching services I decided to reach out to her...seriously one of my best most recent decisions. I really didn’t know how beneficial this opportunity would be for me. During this course I feel I have been able to refocus and find clarity in what I need and want most right now. And I now have a plan for how I want to shape my future.  With the knowledge Mary has shared with me, I know how not to get to overwhelmed with the thoughts of all I need to do. I know if I set small, measurable goals I can do anything! I once again have a sense of joy and excited for what’s next for me in all areas of my life ...family, health and business. I am so surprised and pleased at how quickly and how deeply we go into the core of the important life matters that are directly related to my goals. The things that need to be seen that I've ignored are what stands between me and successfully accomplishing my goals. And week after week, we are uncovering them. While I was pondering about life during the Covid shut down this is what Mary was doing. And I am grateful each day that our paths crossed. 

Later today will be a new session with Mary and while I initially felt a lot of different things about embarking on this health coaching idea it has been a daily blessing to my life.
